John Edwin Hardegree

John Edwin Hardegree, 51, of Dawsonville passed away Tuesday January 25, 2011.

Born in Ashland, Alabama, he had lived in Dawson County for nine years having moved from Hampton. Mr. Hardegree was a former commercial truck driver and was preceded in death by his father, Ed Hardegree.

Surviving are his children, Karin and Brian Ward, McDonough, Daniel and Natalie Hardegree, Buford, Jessica Hardegree, Hampton, Jennifer Hardegree, Hampton; mother, Alma Hardegree, Carrollton; sister, Carol Jean Wall, Whitesburg; brothers, Charles Hardegree, Covelo, California, Glen Hardegree, Dawsonville.

Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 29, 2011 at 1 o'clock at Spring Hill Baptist Church, 4496 Mountain View Road, Ashland, Alabama 36251. Rev. Darryl Hessel will officiate.
