Jacob Dylan Book

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Jacob Dylan Book, age 18, of Commerce, who passed away on Thursday, January 27, 2011. He was born on March 29, 1992, in Atlanta, GA, a son to Charles David Book and Robin Lacy Book, both of Commerce. Jacob was a 2010 graduate of Banks County High School and was an Assistant Manager of the Sonic Restaurant in Commerce. Jacob was also a member of the Mt. Olive Baptist Church in Commerce. His Grandfather, William Elery Book II, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his mother, Robin Lacy Book, father, Charles David Book, sister, McKenna Elizabeth Book, all of Commerce, grandparents, Elizabeth Dawn Book, Kingstree, SC, Charlene Lacy, Tucker, Richard and Janet Lacy, Greensboro, NC, numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins also survive.

A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, January 30, 2011 at 2pm in the Mt. Olive Baptist Church with Rev. Blake Carter officiating. The visitation will be held on Saturday, January 29, 2011 from 2-8pm at Evans Funeral Home.
