Lucille Bruce

Private funeral services will be held Saturday for Lucille Bruce, 94, of Gainesville. Rev. Earl Pirkle will officiate. Burial will be in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday evening from 6:00pm- 9:00pm at Wards Funeral Home. Mrs. Bruce passed away Wednesday January 19,2011 .

Mrs. Bruce was a lifelong resident of Hall County and was the daughter of the late Leonard & Hattie Latimer Gee.

She was a homemaker and had been a member of Central Baptist Church for over 70 years. She was preceded in death by her husband Claude Bruce.
She is survived by 2 daughters Cecile McMillan of Clermont and Claudene Cochran of Perry, Ga. , sisters Helen Manus of Chicopee and Mae Wood of Talmo, 5 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, 20 Great Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Great Grandchild.
