Nell Heard

Nell Heard, age 92 of Buford, GA died Thursday, January 13, 2011. Funeral service will be held Sunday, January 16th, at 3PM at Hamilton Mill Memorial Chapel. Rev. Farrell Presley will officiate. The family will receive friends Saturday from 2-4PM at the funeral home. Interment will follow on Monday, January 17, 2011 at Camp Memorial Cemetery in Fayetteville. Mrs. heard was preceded in death by her husband Jake Heard and son Michael Heard. Surviving are Son and Daughter In-law, Ned and Mary Ann Heard, Mansfield, GA; Grandchildren, John Heard, Atlanta, Greg and Sheila Heard, Jackson, Melissa and T.J. Dubeau, Cumming, Dan and Becky Heard, Snellville, Mark and Maria Heard, Fayetteville, Gary and Christy Heard, Monroe; 10 Great Grandchildren; 1 Great Great Grandchild; Sister, Ola Adams, Buford, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Nell was a native of Hoschton, GA and a lifelong resident of the Atlanta area. She was retired from Kraft Foods and a member of Eastside Baptist Church, McDonough.
