Robert Neal Mullinax

Funeral Services are scheduled for 2:00pm Saturday January 8 in the Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Mr. Robert "Bob" Neal Mullinax age 86 of Gainesville. The Rev. Gary Wilson and Rev. James McNeal will officiate. Interment will follow in Alta Vista Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and 6:00pm to 8:00pm at the funeral home. Mr. Mullinax passed away Wednesday at his residence following an extended illness.

Mr. Mullinax was born in White County to the late Talmadge Mullinax and Maybelle Holland Mullinax. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II and had worked for Chambers Lumber Company for 42 years. He was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his Daughter Sandra Mullinax and Sisters Herrietta Johnson and Mildred Grier.

Survivors include his Wife of 64 years Beatrice "Bea" Mullinax, Gainesville, Son and Daughter-in-law Stan and Rhonda Mullinax, Gainesville, Daughter and Son-in-law Susan and Randy Clark, Gainesville, Brothers and Sisters-in-law L.G. and Bobbie Mullinax, Murrayville, Talmadge and Shelby Mullinax, Gainesville, Brother-in-law Glen Grier, Gainesville, Grandchildren Jonathan and Jenny Mullinax, Dylan and Dustin Clark. The family wishes to say a special thanks to the Northeast Georgia Medical Center Hospice.
