Dakota Grace 'Gracie" Jewell

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Miss Dakota Grace 'Gracie" Jewell age 4 of Clarkesville.

Gracie passed away Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at Henrietta Egleston Hospital following a brief illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for 5:00 pm, Sunday, January 2, 2011 from the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Grady Walden officiating.

Gracie was born in Hall County on August 23, 2006 and had lived most of her life in Habersham County.

Survivors include her parents, Brandy and Jesse Jewell; sister, Destin Jewell; maternal grandparents, Monica Hallman, Jay and Tina Hallman; paternal grandparents, Nancy Garrett ,Randy Garrett; Mike and Beth Jewell; paternal great grandparents , Lois Harris, Barbara and Roger Jewell; aunts, Leslie Hendrick, Brianna Hallman, Michelle Hallman and Mykayla Hallman; uncles, Sid Harris, Levi Garrett, Forest Garrett, Shawn Hallman and Jason Hallman; family friend, Carol Loudermilk.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Sunday from 3pm until 5:00 pm
Flowers will be acknowledged or however it is requested that memorial donations be made to Children's Healthcare at Scottish Rite 1001 Johnson Ferry NE, Atlanta, Georgia 30342-1600
