Betty Jo Fitzpatrick

Ms. Betty Jo Fitzpatrick, age 76, of Commerce, GA died Monday, December 20, 2010 at St. Mary Hospital. Ms. Fitzpatrick was born in Madison County, GA to the late J.D. and Frances Seagraves Fitzpatrick. She was a member of Maysville Baptist Church and was retired from General Times.

Ms. Fitzpatrick is survived by her beloved son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Robin Fitzpatrick; precious granddaughter, Abby Fitzpatrick all of the home; sisters, Bonnie Hensley of Commerce, GA and Mary Ann Bonds of Ila, GA; brothers, Phillip Fitzpatrick of Commerce, GA, Weldon Fitzpatrick of Opp, AL and William Fitzpatrick of Cornelia, GA.

Funeral services will be at 1 PM, Wednesday, December 22 at Maysville Baptist Church with Rev. David Sharpton, Rev. Clay Hardy and Dr. Brian Stowe officiating. Interment will follow in Ila Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 2 to 4 PM and 6 to 8 PM. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Gideons International, P.O. Box 225, Commerce, GA 30529.
