Mary Ann Frady Ramey

Mary Ann Frady Ramey, age 71, of Baldwin, Georgia, passed away on Monday, December 20, 2010.



Mrs. Ramey was born on February 11, 1939, in Stephens County, Toccoa, Georgia, to the late Blake and Ellie Pitts Frady. She was also preceded in death by her husband, David A. Ramey and her son, David Daniel Ramey. Mrs. Ramey was formerly employed with My Pool Pal Company, Carwood Manufacturing, Orbit Manufacturing, and Global Tech.



Survivors include her daughters, Sabrina Ramey and Marlene Armstrong, both of Baldwin, GA; daughter and son-in-law, Deborah and Ricky Goodman, Homer, GA; sons and daughters-in-law, Clinton and Deborah Ramey, Hickory, NC and Joey and Lucy Ramey, Baldwin, GA; sisters, Jan McMann, West Palm Beach, FL, Mildred Streetman, Buford, GA, and Ruth Daughtry, Gainesville, GA; brother, Melvin Frady, Missoula, MT; 11 grandchildren; and 9 great-grandchildren.



Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 22, 2010, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA with Rev. Luther Williams officiating. Interment will follow in Camp Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.



The family will receive friends from 2-4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Tuesday, December 21, 2010, at Whitfield Funeral Home, South Chapel, Baldwin, GA.
