William C. "Bill" Reed

Mr. William C. "Bill" Reed, age 82, of Homer, GA died Sunday, December 19, 2010 at Odyssey House. Mr. Reed was born in Hall County, GA to the late Brock J. and Buenia Martin Reed. He was retired from Peachtree Tooling. In addition to his parents, Mr. Reed was preceded in death by his daughter, Melissa Tippett.

Mr. Reed is survived by his wife, Rosa Reed of Homer, GA; daughters, Wanda Roper of Oakwood, GA, Debbie Banks of Homer, GA, RoseMary Gicker of Homer, GA, and Tammy Brand of Cleveland, GA; sons, Mark Reed of St. Petersburg, FL, David Reed of Homer, GA, and BJ Reed of Athens, GA; brother, Hansel Reed of Oakwood, GA; a number of grandchildren.

Funeral services will be at 2 PM, Wednesday, December 22 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. Swayne Cochran officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday from 11 AM to 2 PM.
