Roger Neal Martin

Evans Funeral Home announces the death Mr. Roger Neal Martin, age 51 of Talmo, who passed away on Thursday, November 18, 2010. Mr. Martin was born on February 3, 1959 in Jackson County. Mr. Martin was the son to the late Thomas Carl Martin and the late Claire Boyce Yarbrough Martin. Mr. Martin was self-employed in the farming and agriculture business. His sister, Martha Martin, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife Elizabeth Ann Anderson Martin of Talmo, daughter, Martha Martin of Gainesville, son, Roger Neal Martin of Commerce, brothers, Thomas Martin of Talmo, Jerry Martin of Talmo and one half brother Morris Reynolds of Talmo, half sisters, Ann Highsmith, Commerce and Sue Hall, of Winder, 4 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be Saturday November 20, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Ben Coggins and Rev. Dorsey Wagner officiating. Visitation will be Friday November 19, 2010 from 12:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the funeral home. The burial will follow in the Pond Fork Baptist Church Cemetery.
