Selma Mote Sexton

Selma Mote Sexton, age 95, of Cumming, Ga., passed away Monday, October 25, 2010. She was the oldest member of Zion Hill Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her husband Olen Sexton. She will always be remembered by the students of Matt Elementary School for her great cooking.



She is survived by Leonard Sexton and Louise Sexton whom Selma considered her children and they considered her to be their second mother; sister, Mildred Brumbalow, Pendergass; brother, Ralph Mote, Pendergrass; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.



Funeral Services will be held on Wednesday, October 27, 2010, at 11:00 a.m. at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Gary Coffey and Rev. Robert Martin officiating.



Interment will follow at Sawnee View Memorial Gardens.



The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and 6:00
