R.L. Rogers

Funeral Services are scheduled for 7:30pm Wednesday October 27 in the Ward's Funeral Home Chapel for Mr. R.L. Rogers age 78 of Bremen, GA. The family will receive friends from 5:00pm to 7:30pm Wednesday at the funeral home. Interment will be on Thursday October 28 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Bremen. Mr. Rogers passed away Monday at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Mr. Rogers was born in Hall County to the late William Ralph Rogers and Florence Hulsey Rogers. He served in the Korean War with the U.S. Army and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his wife Margie Rogers.

Survivors include Son Jeff S. Rogers, Sugar Hill, Daughter Pamela Brock, Ashville, NC, Brother J. Jewel Rogers, Dunnellon, FL, Sisters Syble Strickland, Buford, Carol Mabry, Meansville, GA Grandchildren, Jeremy S. Davis, J. Nicholas Davis and Emily Griffith.
