Grace Lee

Grace Lee, age 93, of Gainesville, GA, passed away Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for Monday, October 25, 2010 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Reverend Wilburn Peeples will officiate. The family will receive friends Sunday, October 24, 2010 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home.

Mrs. Lee was born on October 13, 1917 to the late S.V. and Nancy Gillespie in Blairsville. Mrs. Lee was a member of East View Baptist Church and was retired from Milliken Mill.

Mrs. Lee is preceded in death by her husband, Henry B. Lee.

Mrs. Lee is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Royce and Frankie Lee of Lula, grandson, Marty Lee of Gainesville, brother and sister-in-law, Johnny and Barbara Gillespie of Gainesville, brother and sister-in-law, Jessie and Rita Gillespie of Gainesville, brother and sister-in-law, Junior and Betty Gillespie of Gainesville, brother and sister-in-law, Danny and Cathy Gillespie of Arizona, great grandson, Rocky Lee of Gainesville, great granddaughter, Alaina Lee of Gainesville, and a host of nieces and nephews who loved her and will miss her dearly.
