William "Bill" Jackson Tucker, Jr., age 67 passed away Saturday, October 16, 2010 at his residence following an extended illness.
Bill was born in Macon on December 22, 1942 to the late William Jackson Tucker, Sr. and Mary Brown Tucker. He served in the United States Army as a Communications Specialist. He loved his faithful canine companion, "T."
He is survived by his wife, Sarah Bingham Tucker of Forsyth; daughters, Denae Bingham of Forsyth, Tammy Kitchens (Tom Daniels) of Macon, Bonnie Gordon (Ron Alston) of McDonough, Kristie Davis (Scott) of Macon, and Paige Duckworth (Tim) of Knoxville; sons, Terry David Bowles, and William Shane Bowles of Gainesville; sister, Ann Jones (David) of Eatonton; ten grandchildren; the mother of his four older daughters, Ola Mae Tucker of Macon; and his caregiver, Patrick King.
The family will receive friends from 6-8:00 P.M. Monday at Crest Lawn.
A private interment will be in Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Cemetery.
