Elizabeth Ann Rovneyko, 50, of Cumming died Tuesday October 12, 2010 at her residence following a short illness.
Born April 2, 1960 in Westwood, New Jersey, she had lived in Forsyth County for the past 4 years having moved from Newfoundland, NJ. Mrs. Rovneyko was a graduate of Immaculate Heart Academy in Ridgewood, NJ, after which she earned a degree in Administration. She was employed as an underwriter for Berkley Surety in Alpharetta, was a very active member of Christ Redeemer Catholic Church and was very involved in Cursillo. While in New Jersey she was instrumental in bringing Cornerstone Retreat to her church. Elizabeth was preceded in death by her father, Howard Ford, and brother, Russell Ford.
Surviving are her husband, Kenneth J. Rovneyko, Cumming; daughters, Jessica Rovneyko, Cumming, Courtney Rovneyko, Cumming; mother, Jane Ford, Harrington Park, NJ; sisters, Kay Hynes, Manahawkin, NJ, Peggy Mondello, Emerson, NJ; brothers, Don Ford, Somerset, NJ, Jon Ford, Maywood, NJ.
Memorial services will be held Saturday October 16, 2010 at 11 o'clock at Christ Redeemer Catholic Church. Fr. Brian Higgins will officiate.
