David Alvin Ash

Mr. David Alvin Ash, 51 of Biloxi, MS, formally of White County, died Friday September 17, 2010 at Biloxi Regional Hospital of a sudden illness.

David was born September 9, 1959. He was the son of the late W.A "Dub" and Madge Ash of Cleveland. He attended White County Schools and was most recently employed by the Merchant Marines as a special diver. Survived by his daughter: Kaitlyn Ash, Cleveland; step-mother: B.J. Ash, Cleveland; step-brother: David Quillian, Roswell; step-sister: Adianah Quillian, Cleveland; aunt and uncle: Betty and Lamar "Pinky" Black, Cleveland and several cousins.

Memorial services will be held at 3:00 PM on Sunday, October 3, 2010 in the chapel of Barrett Funeral Home with the Rev. Dennis Turner officiating. A time of visitation will immediately follow the service.

In lieu of flowers, the family has asked that donations be made to The
Kaitlyn Ash Education Fund, Mountain Valley Bank, Cleveland, Georgia.
