Bobby Ray Edgil

Bobby Ray Edgil, 80, of Cumming, GA went to be with the Lord on September 29, 2010. Born in Sheffield, AL he was the son of the late Joseph and Jewel Edgil.

Bobby served in the US Navy during the Korean Conflict. He retired from TRW where he worked on U2 reconnaissance aircraft. A charter member of Cumming Baptist Church, Bobby was Wal-Mart's favorite greeter.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years, Lois Edgil of Cumming, GA; daughters, Connie (Ken) Callahan of Lake City, FL and Teresa (Shawn) Tucker of Cumming, GA; and grandchildren, Audrey and Ryan Tucker of Cumming, GA.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Friday, October 1, 2010 in the chapel of McDonald and Son. Interment will follow at Georgia Nation Cemetery in Canton, GA. The family will receive friends on Thursday, September 30, 2010 from 6:00
