Clyde E. Walker

Clyde E. Walker, age 94 of Flowery Branch passed away Sept. 26, 2010 following a brief illness.

Mr. Walker was born March 12, 1916 in Hall County to the late Irvin Alexander and Dovie Ash Walker. He was retired from Wicks Building Supply and a member of Heavens View Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his wife, Kitsy Elrod Walker.

Survivors include, daughter & son in law, Teresa & Ralph Trammell of Hoschton, son & daughter in law, James & Judy Walker of Jonesboro, son, Raymond Walker of Martin, grandson, Jimmy Walker of Jonesboro, granddaughter, Jennifer Hyatt of Locus Grove, grandson, Adam Trammell of Cumming, granddaughter, Candy Trammell of Athens, granddaughter, Valerie Garrett of Winder, 7 great-grandchildren, brothers & sisters-in-law, Clayton & Dessie Walker of Gainesville, Spud & Audrey Walker of Rio Rancho, New Mexico. A number of nieces & nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday Sept. 29, 2010 at the Memorial Park Chapel with Rev. Keith Truelove officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 7-9 Tuesday at the funeral home.
