George Elbert Whitfield, age 61, of Cumming, Georgia passed away on Wednesday, August 4, 2010.

A memorial visitation service will be held from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, August 15, 2010, at Dahlonega United Methodist Church with Rev. Kenneth Franklin and Rev. Lyman Caldwell officiating.
