John Everett "Ebb" Carter

Mr. John Everett "Ebb" Carter, age 93, of Commerce, GA died Monday August 9, 2010 at Hill Haven Nursing Home. Mr. Carter was born in Commerce to the late, Seaborn Tillman and Margret Hassie Watson Carter. Mr. Carter was a member of Webbs Creek Baptist Church and retired from Roper Pump Company. Mr. Carter was preceded in death by his wife; Mary McCoy Carter.

Mr. Carter is survived by his daughter; Susan Welborn of Dahlonega, GA, and one grandson.

Funeral service will be Wednesday 11:00 AM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Wade Lott officiating with the interment following at Webbs Creek Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday morning from 9-11 AM.
