Stanley Bruce Grindle

Stanley Bruce Grindle, 51 of Gainesville, GA passed away Friday, August 6, 2010 in Gainesville, GA. Stanley was a member of Cool Springs Baptist Church, Gainesville, GA. He also loved floating the North Georgia Rivers in search of trophy trout.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Hiram and Pauline Grindle and sister, Helen Overby.

He is survived by his stepsons, Shawn and Lee Shinall of Florida; brother and sister-in-law, Wesley and Elaine Grindle of Gainesville, GA; sister, Hazel Forrester of Gainesville; brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Beverly Grindle of Gainesville; brother Bradley Grindle of Gainesville; special friend, Legita Paris and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, August 11, 2010 from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. at Dahlonega Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, August 12, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Dahlonega Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Chris Ellis officiating.
