Geneva Bray Evans

Mrs. Geneva Bray Evans, age 88, of Commerce, GA died Saturday, August 07, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Evans was born in Banks County, GA to the late, Weldon Garnet and Ila Grace Eubanks Bray.
Mrs. Evans is survived by her husband, Samuel "Tumpy" Evans of Commerce; daughter, Martha Lewallen of Commerce; brother, David Bray of Commerce; granddaughters, Amanda Wilson of Commerce and Melanie Giddens of Rome; and three great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 11 AM, Monday, August 9 at the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with Rev. David Wilkins and Rev. Danny Sudderth officiating. Interment will follow in Grey Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday night from 5 to 7 PM. Flowers are optional or donations may be made to Hospice Advantage, 135 Athens West Parkway Suite A, Athens, GA 30606.
