Otis Monroe Williams, age 76 of Hartwell, formerly of Lula, passed away on Monday, August 2, 2010 in Anderson Memorial Hospital, Anderson, South Carolina following complications from a stroke.

Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, August 6, 2010 at 11:00 am in the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home with interment to follow Timberidge Baptist Church Cemetery.
