Anthony Godfrey Guarino

Mr. Anthony Godfrey Guarino, age 96, of Auburn, Georgia, formerly of Wellington, Florida, passed away Saturday, July 31, 2010.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 04, 2010 in the Chapel of Memorial Park South Funeral Home. Deacon Al Samoranski will officiate. The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm (noon) until the funeral hour of 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 04, 2010 at the funeral home.

Mr. Guarino was born in New Haven CT and was the son of the late Luigi Guarino and Philomena D'Andrea Guarino. He was of the Catholic Faith.

Mr. Guarino is survived by his wife, Gladys (Duda) Guarino, Auburn, GA; daughters and sons-in-law, Denise and John Meehan, Auburn, GA; Cheryl and Peter Dauenhauer, Auburn, GA; grandchildren, Michael Manente and Kimberly Meehan; great-granddaughter, Kaylin Kaluahine; sisters, Gloria Cardillo, Wallingford, CT; and Jeanne McFarland, Hamden, CT; and several nieces and nephews.
