Betty E. Acree

Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Betty E. Acree age 74 of Jefferson who died Saturday July 24, 2010, Survivors include a son Paul Fields of Commerce, 2 daughters Linda Burns of Talmo and Brenda Burke of Commerce and a brother William David Simmons of Braselton. 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great Grandchildren also survive. Mrs. Acree was preceded in death by a daughter Judy Craig Fields and a son Jimmy Fields.

Funeral Services will be Wednesday July 28, 2010 from the Grove Level Baptist Church with Rev. Jeff Appling officiating with burial in the Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the funeral home Monday and Tuesday evening. Mrs. Acree will lie in state in the church Wednesday morning from 10 AM until the funeral hour.
