Danny Henderson

Danny Henderson, age 63 of Cumming passed away Saturday, July 24th, 2010. Mr. Henderson was a veteran of the United States Army and coached youth Football and Baseball for several years. He enjoyed very much working with the kids in the community. Mr. Henderson was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy & Valley Belle Henderson; son, Christopher Burt Henderson; brother, Jimmy Henderson, two sisters, Barbara Sargent and Brenda Woodham.

Survivors include two sons, Jason Henderson of Morganton, GA and Justin Henderson of Dahlonega; three brothers, Larry, Roger and Hugh Henderson all of Cumming; three sisters, Vivian Martin, Vee Stickle and Elizabeth Forbush all of Cumming.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, July 26th at Shady Grove Baptist Church with the Interment in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at Byars Funeral Home on Saturday, July 25th from 3:00 pm until 9:00 pm.
