Tony Eugene Howington, 62 0f Flowery Branch went home to be with the Lord
On Friday July 23, 2010 @ 11:30 pm. He was loved so much and will be missed by all that knew him. Tony enjoyed spending time with his family, camping and the beach. He was beloved husband, father, Papa brother, uncle, brother in law, cousin and friend.

Tony was born in Gwinnett County to the late Paul V. and Sarah Knight Howington.
He was retired from General Motors and was a member of Flowery Branch Church of God.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday July 27, 2010 from the Chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home, South. The family will receive friends on Monday July 26, 2010 from 2pm until 4pm and 6pm until 9pm at the funeral home. The Rev. Ed Martin will officiate. Entombment will follow in Memorial Park South Cemetery

Survivors include his wife Shelia Hall Howington; Son and daughter in law, Chris and Heather Howington; Daughter, Brandi Howington; son Jeremy Howington and his girlfriend, Tara Lacy; Daughter, Ashley Howington and fiancé Josh, and son Jeremy Smith Howington all of Flowery Branch. Grandchildren Zach, Tyler, Jared, Ethan and Nathan.
Slater, Linda Gillespie of Blairsville and Sister and Brother in law; Phyllis and Tony Mays of Buford. Several Nieces and nephews also survive.

Memorial Park Funeral Home, South Chapel is in Charge of arrangements.
