Robert F. Lummus

Mr. Robert F. Lummus, age 62 of Cumming, passed away on Thursday, July 15, 2010. He was a member of New Harmony Baptist Church. He was retired from the Fulton County Water Authority and a U. S. Army Veteran of Vietnam. As a drummer, he loved music and had played at Lanierland Music Park. He was preceded in death by his wife Donna Lummus.

Survivors include his daughters and son-in-law, Jennifer Polly of Cumming and Aleah and Anthony Keeton of Cumming; sister, Eula Jean Campbell of Cumming; grandchildren, Denver, Destiny and Daylon Polly; mother-in-law, Nell Welch; all of Cumming; and a number of other relatives also survive.

Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 2:00 pm at New Harmony Baptist Church with Rev. Johnny Purcell and Dr. Shannon Mize officiating. Interment will follow in New Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Saturday from 12:00 noon until hour of service.
