Connie Jean Philyaw Seay

Mrs. Connie Jean Philyaw Seay, age 69, of Maysville, GA died Saturday, July 3, 2010 at her residence. Mrs. Seay was born in Hall County to the late, Terrell Lamar (T.L.) and Willie Mae Godfrey Philyaw. Mrs. Seay was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Seay was preceded in death by her sister, Lena Harper Powell.
Mrs. Seay is survived by her husband, Charles Seay of Maysville, GA, daughters and sons-in-law; Carol and Junior David of Maysville, GA, Lynn and Billy Smith of Maysville, GA, and Sandra Elrod and Danny Robertson of Maysville, GA, sisters; Mary Martin of Gainesville, GA, and Peggy Jarrett of Gillsville, GA, grandchildren; Chris and Christy Heath, Sheri and Tommy Sorrow, Zack and Jodie Smith, Hannah Smith, Ben Elrod, Clayton and Adrienne David, great grandchildren; Hunter Heath, Kynlee Griffin, and Kelden Smith.
Funeral service will be Monday 2:00 PM from the chapel of Little-Ward Funeral Home with the Rev. Tommy Seay, Rev. Swayne Carlan, and Rev. Darrell Gilmer officiating with the interment following at Riverside Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Sunday night from 6-9 PM.
