Roberta Lee Dukes Voyles

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Roberta Lee Dukes Voyles, age 57, of Athens, GA, passed away on July 1, 2010. Mrs. Voyles was born on March 9, 1953 in Omaha, NB, a daughter to the late Herbert Morris Dukes and the late Margaret Josephine Malony Dukes. Mrs. Voyles was a graduate of Valdosta State and worked in Human Resources. She was a member of Mars Hill Baptist Church and was a veteran of the U.S. Army. She was preceded in death by her husband, Irey Voyles and her infant sister, Nan Christine Dukes.

Survivors include daughter Whitney Voyles, son, Christopher Voyles, step daughter, Kim Vulgamore, Stockton, CA, sisters, Deborah Dukes, Eureka, CA, Kay Weeks, Norman Park, GA, several nieces and nephews, 1 great niece.

Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2010 at 11AM at the Graveside in the Jackson Memorial Park in Commerce.
