Lila Fay Smith

Mrs. Lila Fay Smith, age 68 of Forsyth County, passed away Thursday, July 1, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Candler Clayton and Mattie Sue Mathis; sister, Betty Johnson.

Survivors include her husband of 47 years, Clarence Smith of Forsyth County, sisters and brother-in-law, Diane and Lanis Rail of Clermont, Debbie and Cecil Martin of Forsyth County, Jarrell Johnson of Forsyth County, and a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.


Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 3, 2010 at 3:00 pm at Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ruel Martin and Rev. William Phillips officiating. Interment will follow in Sawnee View Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Friday from 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Saturday from 9:00 am until hour of service.
