Yuriko Wells

Yuriko Wells Yuriko Wells of Winter Springs, FL, passed away Friday, June 11, 2010, after a seven year battle with liver cancer. She met her husband, John, in 1964 after his second assignment to Japan by the United States Air Force.
She was born June 24, 1933 in Shimamatsu City, near Sapporo, the capital of Hokkaido, which is the northernmost island of Japan. She is survived by her husband, John A. Wells of Winter Springs, FL; her daughter, Susan Aki Wells of New Orleans; her son, John A. Wells, Jr. of Orlando, FL; in Hokkaido, Japan, Yuriko has two surviving sisters, Emiko Toshibe of Kita-Hiroshima and Asako Kato of Simamatsu; special friends, Daryl and Theresa Meister of Baldwin; husbandâ
