Tommy H. Westray

Mr. Tommy H. Westray, age 76 a native of Forsyth County, passed away Thursday, May 27, 2010 following extended illness.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 55 years, Burma Jennings Westray. He retired in 1999 as the owner of Suzuki of Gainesville. He was also known as an avid Mustang Collector and Restorer.


Survivors include his daughter, Teresa Westray Duggan of Cumming; son and daughter-in-law, Jimmy & Debbie Westray of Gainesville; grandchildren, Tyler Cochran, Laura Westray, Robert Duggan, Jr, Tess Duggan, Amanda and Brooks Swanson, Alaina and Chris Conner; great grandchildren, Jacob Cochran, Abigail Swanson and Adah Swanson; sisters, Barbara Hamby and Nell Welch; brother, Leonard Westray; and numerous other nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.


Funeral services will be held Sunday, May 30, 2010 at 4:00 pm in the Ingram Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Jimmy Orr and Dr. Lester Cooper officiating. Entombment will follow at the Sawnee View Memorial Gardens Mausoleum. The family will receive friends at Ingram Funeral Home on Saturday from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm and 5:00 pm until 9:00 pm and Sunday from 12:00 noon until hour of service.
