Jean Cooper Fowler

Alexander Funeral Home of announces the death of Mr. Jean Cooper Fowler, age 80. Mrs. Fowler passed away Monday, May 24, 2010 at a private nursing home in Southport, North Carolina following a period of declining health.

Funeral services are scheduled for 11:00 AM, Thursday, May 27, 2010 from the funeral home chapel with the Rev. Garry Hefner officiating. Interment will follow in Yonah View Memorial Gardens.

Mrs. Fowler was born on October 23, 1929 in Buchanan, West Virginia to Craven Pierce Cooper and Thelma Pearl White Cooper. She was a homemaker and bedsides her family her passions included her flowers gardens, working with antiques and interior design and she held a special love ion her heart for her cats

She is survived buy her husband, Harry Fowler, Southport, N.C.; daughters and sons, in law, Ann and Christopher Seymour, Cleveland; Trent and Bobby Webb, Newport, N.C.; Marti Fowler and Ron Beaver of Southport, N.C., son and daughter in law,Thomas and Kimberly Dickens of Greenville, N.C.

Mrs. Fowler is also survived by her 5 grandchildren
