Betty Jean Eaden

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mrs. Betty Jean Eaden, age 72, of Maysville, who passed away on Thursday, May 13, 2010.

She was born on March 16, 1938 in Brookhaven, GA, a daughter to the late John and Nora Mae House Jones. Mrs. Eaden was a homemaker and was preceded in death by her husband, James Francis Eaden.

Survivors include children, Deborah Mae and Jesse McMillan, Winder, Frances and Mike Clamp, Belton, SC, Mary and Tony Dearing, Maysville, Darlene and David Turner, Monroe, James Eaden, Talmo, Wanda Payne, Maysville, Amanda Dyer, Talmo, Terry and Dorothy Eaden, Homer, Anna and Larry Angel, Commerce, Mark and Verna Eaden, Gainesville; brother, Henry Jones, Marietta, sister, Nellie Morris, Maysville, niece, Sherri Blackwell, Lula.

Eaden had 21 Grandchildren, and 19 Great Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, May 15, 2010 at 11:00am in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Vaughn Howington officiating. The burial will follow in the Jackson Memorial Park, Commerce.
