Hazel Savage Forrester

Funeral services for Hazel Savage Forrester, age 86 of Lula will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday May 12,2010, in Holly Springs Baptist Church, interment will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Dean Bryant, The Rev. Scott Strickland and Rev. Larry Forrester will officiate.

Mrs. Forrester past away Sunday May 9,2010 after an extended illness. She was surrounded by her loving family and friends. She was deeply loved by all who knew her. Hazel was the daughter of the late Talley J. and Ruby Savage. She was preceded in death by her parents, Tally J. and Ruby Savage her husband, B.D. Forrester her sons, Sandy L. Forrester, Rickey Dale Forrester and daughter, Sharon Forrester Gresham. She is survived by her daughters and son-in-laws, Shirley and John Buffington of Gillsville, Vickie and Hugh Rice of Gainesville, daughter-in-law Elizabeth Freeland Forrester, sons and daughter-in-laws, Sammy and Charlotte Forrester, Jerry and Jane Forrester of Gainesville, Phil and Vickie Forrester of Gainesville, sons, Eddie Forrester of Lula, Ben Forrester of Gainesville. Grandchildren, Lorissa and Chad, Tanya and Troy Arrowwood, Tim and Mandy Gresham, Rick Gresham, Lori and Mat DeLong, Sheri and Wayne Ferguson, Ashley Buffington, Andy and Teresa Forrester, Scott Forrester, Jeremy Forrester, Wesley Palmer, Kim Broxton and Leslie Snyder. 16 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great-Grandchild.
