Ernest William Abercrombie

Ernest William Abercrombie, age 79, of Hulsey Circle, Gainesville, passed away Saturday, May 8, 2010 at Gateway Nursing Home, Cleveland, Georgia, following an extended illness.

Private Graveside services where held Monday May 10, 2010 at 11:00 am at Memorial Park Cemetery.

Reverend Drewery Loggins officiated.

Mr. Abercrombie was born on October 26, 1931 to the late Fred and Estelle Abercrombie in Hall County. Mr. Abercrombie was preceded in death by his wife Connie Abercrombie and his son Danny Abercrombie.

Mr. Abercrombie is survived by his daughter & son-in-law, Sandra and Steve Venalla of Gainesville, grandchildren, Pam Blackwell, Brittany Peters, Chris Abercrombie and Jessica Abercrombie, great-grandson, Shane Peters, brothers, Richard Abercrombie of Gainesville and Donald Abercrombie of Sevierville, Tennessee.
