Betty Harkins Garrett

Mrs. Betty Harkins Garrett, age 69, of Dahlonega, GA, died Friday May 7, 2010.

Mrs. Garrett was born in Cleveland, GA, but had lived most of her life in Dahlonega. Mrs. Garrett taught school in the Lumpkin County School system for 38 years. She also worked at North Georgia College and State University in the Registrarâ
