Teresa Ann Posten

Mrs. Teresa Ann Posten, age 50, of Dahlonega, GA died Sunday May 2, 2010.

Mrs. Posten was born May 25, 1959 in Hall County, GA. She had lived for many years in Lumpkin County and was a former resident of Anniston, AL. She was a homemaker and member of Freewill Baptist Church in Gainesville.

Mrs. Posten was preceded in death by a son, Samuel Brandon Bowles; and her mother, Margaret Ann Kerns Wood.

She is survived by her husband, Carlos Posten, Dahlonega, GA; son, Tyler Ray Posten, Dahlonega, GA; father and stepmother, Billy Ray and Sue Davidson, Gainesville, GA; brothers, Gregory James Davidson, Dallas, TX, Cory Davidson, Gainesville, GA; sister, Stacy Lee, Gainesville, GA. A number of other relatives also survive.

A memorial service for Mrs. Posten is scheduled for 2 PM Wednesday May 5, 2010 at the Banister Funeral Home Chapel in Dahlonega with Rev. Bobby Jones officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday from 11 AM until 2 PM.
