Mr. Frederick C. Moore, age 67, of Hoschton passed away Thursday, March 25, 2010.
The family will receive friends from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm Sunday, March 28, 2010 at Memorial Park South Funeral Home. Reverend Mike Burgamy will officiate. Mr. Moore will be interred in Dayton, Ohio, Thursday, April 1, 2010.
Mr. Moore was the son of the late Roy F. Moore and Lucille (Burman) Moore. He was retired from the City of Gainesville Water Department. Mr. Moore was a United States Air Force Veteran. He enjoyed motorcycle riding, camping, fishing, flying private aircraft, gardening, firearms and traveling the United States and Europe and was a member of the Goldwing Road Riders Association, Minuteman Civil Defense Corps; and the American Legion.
Mr. Moore is survived by his loving wife, Karen Moore, Hoschton; son, Steven Moore, Huber Heights, OH; daughter, Holly Baker, Enon, OH; granddaughter, Danielle Baker, Enon OH; sisters, Barbara Jones, Kettering, OH, Marcia Ring, Centerville, OH, and Kathy Mantych, Xenia, OH; nieces and nephews, Scott Jones, Nicole Wilson, Colleen Mantych, Christy Mantych and Dan Ring.
