Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, March 18, 2010 at Solid Rock Baptist Church for Mr. Larry G. Peck, 58, of Lumpkin County. The Rev. Jerry Whitlock will officiate. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 17, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment will be in Solid Rock Baptist Church Cemetery.
Born in Lumpkin County, he was the son of the late William F and Mary E. Poore Peck. He was a mechanic for North Georgia Brick and a member of Solid Rock Baptist Church.
In addition to his parents he is also preceded in death by his brothers, Edward Peck and James William Peck.
Mr. Peck is survived by his wife, Martha Sue Peck; sisters, Mary Guthrie and Martha Allison; and special friend, Debra Mull.
