Shane Dylan Chapman

Ivie Funeral Home announces services for Shane Dylan Chapman, 21, of Athens who died on Saturday, March 6, 2010 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Born in Clarke County, he was the son of Henrietta Bishop of Athens and Sherman Chapman of Hull.

Survivors, along with his parents, include a grandmother, Mary Bishop of Athens; brothers, Matthew Dowdy of Athens, Joshua Bishop of Athens, John Bishop of Commerce, Charles Bishop and Eli Chapman, also of Athens.

Funeral services for Shane Dylan Chapman will be conducted on Wednesday, March 10th at 7:00pm from the chapel of Ivie Funeral Home with Rev. Jeff Roberts officiating after which the body will be cremated. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday evening, March 10th from 4:00pm until the time of service.
