Ruby L. Wilson Smith

Ruby L. Wilson Smith, age 90 of Cornelia, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2010, at her residence following a brief illness.

Born in North Carolina on December 01, 1919, she was the daughter of the late Reid & Florence Sain Wilson. Ms. Smith was a homemaker and she attended Level Grove Baptist Church where she was active in the Sunshine Band and Love In Action Women On Misson. She was also the oldest active member of the Habersham County AARP Chapter #2040. She enjoyed crocheting, puzzles and traveling. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Vincent V. Smith; sisters, Ruth Benson and Marcelene Wilson; brothers, Earl Sain, Reid Alfred Sain, Jr. , Roy Lee Wilson and an infant brother; brother and sister-in-law, Bob & Bette Wilson; and brother-in-law, Herman â
