Judy O. Davis Brooks

Mrs. Judy O. Davis Brooks, age 63, of Nicholson GA, died Saturday February 27, 2010 at Emory University Hospital. Mrs. Brooks was born in Clarksburg West Virginia to the late, Don L. and Ruby E. Hawkinberry Davis. Mrs. Brooks was a member of Cartersville Church of God and was a personal care provider. Mrs. Brooks was preceded in death by her brothers; Carson, Gary, and Bob Davis, and sisters; Agnes Martin and Ellen Jarvis, and special friend; Simone Waeger.

Mrs. Brooks is survived by her husband; Donald Brooks of Nicholson, GA, daughter and son-in-law; Penny and Richard Earnest of Clarksburg, WV, sons and daughters-in-law; Reno Moats and Kim Hayes of Nicholson, GA, Donnie and Leslie Brooks of Nicholson, GA, Scott and Emily Brooks of St. Louis, MO, brother; Jack Davis of Clarksburg, WV, grandchildren; Jonathan and Shane Earnest, Chuck and Tana Matheny, Bailey, Peyton, and Mattie Brooks, great grandchildren; Stacia and Camden Matheny, and special friend Hattie Barrett.

Funeral service will be Tuesday 3:00 PM from Center Baptist Church with the Rev. Gary Prater officiating with the interment following at the Brooks Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday night from 5-8 PM.
