Sara Sharpe Wilson, 97, of Gainesville passed away February 20, 2010, at her residence. Memorial services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 23, 2010, in the chapel of Grace Episcopal Church in Gainesville. Mrs. Wilson was born February 10, 1913, in Conyers. She had lived in Gainesville for the past 50 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, James Miller Wilson, Jr.
Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Sally and Jack Sites of Naples, FL.; son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Jim and Lisa Wilson of Cincinnati, OH; seven grandchildren, 13 grandchildren, one great-great grandchild and a number of nieces and nephews.
