Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, February 6, 2010 in the chapel of Little & Davenport Funeral Home for Mrs. Mary Edith Rolen, 73, of Gainesville. The Rev. Kyle Savage will officiate. The family will receive friends and family at Little & Davenport Funeral Home on Friday February 5, 2010 from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Interment will be in Dewberry Baptist Church #2.
Mrs. Rolen died Thursday, February 4, 2010. She was a native of Hall County, but had lived in White County for the past 15 years. She was retired from the Nursing Care profession after a number of years. She was a member of Dewberry Baptist Church #2.
She is survived by her son, Danny Water of Cleveland; daughter, Joyce Ann Powers of Cleveland; son, Jr. Rolen of Cleveland; brothers, Curtis Hatcher and John Hatcher.
