Robert Henry Maynor Sr.

Alexander Funeral Home of Cleveland announces the death of Mr. Robert Henry Maynor Sr., age 57 of Murrayville. Mr. Maynor passed away Sunday, January 31, 2010 at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following a sudden illness.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM, Wednesday, February 3, 2010 from the funeral home with Rev. Bob Garrett and the Rev. Mike Gaines officiating, interment will follow in the Murrayville Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery

Mr. Maynor was born on January 21, 1953 in Rutherford County, TN., to Marion Michael Maynor Sr. and Vader Mae Taylor Maynor. He was a retired truck driver and farmer and was a member of the Murrayville Congregational Holiness Church. In addition to his parents, Mr. Maynor is preceded in death by his sister, Dorothy Jo Ellis and brothers, James Maynor, Burton Maynor, David Maynor, John Maynor and Marion Maynor Jr.

Survivors include his wife, Vicky Maynor, Murrayville; daughter and son in law, Sally Ann & James Babcock, Murrayville; daughter, Desirea Ellis, Murrayville and son Robert Henry Maynor Jr., brother, Jerry Maynor, Gainesville

The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 6 to 9 PM
