Timothy Joshua Dale Mathis

Evans Funeral Home announces the death of Mr. Timothy Joshua Dale Mathis, age 22, of Auburn, who passed away on Friday, January 15, 2010. Mr. Mathis was born on March 14, 1987 in Winder, GA, a son to Pamela Jean Kennedy Mathis of Commerce and the late Timothy Loyd Mathis. Mr. Mathis worked at the City of Winder Water Department, 2006 graduate of Madison County High School, and was a member of the Turnin Kornerz Bike Club.

Survivors include his mother, Pamela Jean Kennedy Mathis, Commerce, sister, Breanna Mathis, Commerce, brother and sister in law, Justin and Heather Mathis, Danielsville, Grandparents, Frances Mathis, Jefferson, Bobby and Brenda Kennedy, Auburn, niece, Cierra Gaddis, nephew, Ashton Mathis, Aunts and Uncles, Jane Pace, Kelley Parr, Donna Dalton, Barbara Baxter, Judy Childs, Ann Wise, Bobby Brown, Mike Brown, Jerry Mathis and Dale and Rhonda Kennedy.

Funeral Services will be held at 2PM, Wednesday, January 20, 2010, in the Chapel of Evans Funeral Home with Rev. Palmer Pace officiating. The burial will follow in the Center United Methodist Church Cemetery. The visitation will be held Tuesday from 2-4 and 6-9pm at the funeral home.
