Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am Tuesday January 12, 2010 in Faith Tabernacle Congregational Holiness Church for Charlie Ledford, 76, Nicholson, Ga. . Rev. Jeff Gailey and Rev. Louis Gaddis officiating. Burial will be in Talmo Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6pm- 9pm Monday evening at the funeral home. Mr. Ledford passed away Sunday January 10, 2010 following an extended illness. Mr. Ledford was born in Jackson County and lived there most of his life. He served in the U.S. Airforce and retired from the Poultry Industry. He was a member of The Church Of God in Commerce, Ga. . Survivors are Son Keith Ledford, Hoschton, Ga. , Daughters Patricia Stowe, Nicholson,Ga. and Tanya Ledford, Oakwood, Ga. , Brother Frank D. Ledford, Talmo, Ga. , Sister Cynthia Mae Shelton, Talmo, Ga. 29 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren. Wards Funeral Home 758 Main Street Gainesville in charge of arrangements.
