Eugene Thomas Sailers

Eugene Thomas Sailers, age 75, of Commerce, GA died Saturday January 9, 2010 at Athens Regional Medical Center. Mr. Sailers was born in Jackson County to the late, Wilton and Annie Lou Thurmond Sailers. Mr. Sailers was retired architect from UGA and a member of the First Baptist Church of Commerce.

Mr. Sailers is survived by his wife; Evajo Potts Sailers of Commerce, GA, sons; Eric Sailers of Commerce, GA, and Ethan Sailers of Carrollton, GA, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Graveside service will be Tuesday 2:00 PM from the graveside at Jackson Memorial Gardens with the Dr. Brian Stowe officiating with the interment in Jackson Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Monday night from 6-8 PM.
